Environ Sunley launches Kings Hill development

Super E® Home Builder Environ Sunley successfully launched its new luxury development at Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent June 5th. The Kings Hill Development will feature 33 Super E® standard homes backing on the golf course property of this major community development south of London.

These inventive homes bring increased quality of life to residents through technical innovation. Super E® means that homes are healthier through improved air quality; quieter and more energy efficient through high levels of insulation and brighter through innovative design of internal space. The distinctive architecture and external environment provides a sense of a true rural village of New England. Yet the designs are contemporary, with possible features such as floor to ceiling windows, study galleries and ‘cathedral’ ceilings stretching up to the ridge lines of the roofs.

The show home opened to a packed house of potential buyers, along with local dignitaries and media. Guests viewed and experienced a stylish home with ceramic floors and wall tiling from designer ranges complemented by solid timber flooring. The high quality kitchens from Rational and spacious bathrooms reflect the modern style of the homes with up-to-the minute gas fires and quality bathroom cabinets.

In addition to the showcase Kings Hill site, Sunley opened a second phase of this nearby Lacuna development. The first 30 Super E® Homes at Lacuna repeats the unique, award winning designs of phase one, but with the added assurance of Super E® quality.

Sunley Homes was the first Super E® builder in the United Kingdom and is the partner of Canadian-based Alouette International Housing.
