Code of Ethics

It is the goal the Super E® Housing Program to maintain the highest standards in housing design, sales, manufacture, construction and customer service to UK consumers. To that end, companies participating in any aspect of the process are required to sign and adhere to the principles laid out in this Code of Ethics.

Clients shall be treated with respect, honesty and in a timely manner. It is recognized that without the client, all other efforts are immaterial. For that reason, the client will be of paramount importance.
The product will not be compromised. All efforts will be made to achieve and maintain the integrity of the Super E® product. Participants will ensure and certify for each project that the product that they supply, whether that be workmanship or physical product, meet the requirements and intent of the Super E® Program.
The company will adhere to their requirements for participation.
