With a Super E® home, you win and the environment wins. Each Super E® homebuilder submitted a plan to reduce impact on the environment before the house was built!

In order to be recognized as a Super E® Home, each house must have a plan that includes such measures as:

plans to reduce construction waste
the selection of materials that are certified as having low environmental impact water conserving plumbing fixtures

And, of course, because Super E® homes use less energy, the impact on the environment is reduced. You pay less, and the environment wins.

Most Super E® homes are built from timber – a renewable resource. Much of the timber comes from Canada, which has developed forest management practices that are considered among the best in the world.
